Delivery & Tracking

Our items are sent by courier and Registered Australia Post.  All courier items and registered Australia Post items can be tracked.  A tracking number will be emailed to you once your item has been dispatched.  Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.  On average items are received within 3 days (if sent by courier).

If your order contains more than one item, and one or more of those items is back ordered or delayed, it will be dispatched as soon as it comes into stock.   You will only be charged one freight charge per order, even if we have to delivery to you numerous times.  If you would like us to hold your order until all items are in stock please email us by clicking here.

To track the staus of your item please do the following: -

	If your order was sent by AaE please go to the AaE website and enter your tracking number. www.aae.com.au
	If your order was sent by Star Track Express please go to the Star Track website and enter your tracking number. www.startrackexpress.com.au
	If you item was sent by Registered Mail or Express Post you will need to contact Australia Post on 13 13 18 and provide them with your item the tracking number.  For more details please see the Australia Post website. www.auspost.com.au
