We collect certain information from clients for billing and administrative functions.

None of the information collected for these functions is provided to any outside party for any reason other than as required by law.

Clients are responsible for the privacy of their own account information and passwords.

Security measures are in place to protect against loss, alteration, or misuse of data collected including the use of data encryption within our backups and we use shredders for our paper waste. 

Suspected incidents of unauthorized use of a client account should be reported to us via email to: privacy@desktopshopper.com.au.

The DeskTopShopper.com.au web site may contain links to information not contained within the DeskTopShopper.com.au web site. We are not responsible for the content or privacy methods of those sites.

Use of Agents

We sometimes employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, reviewing data, processing payments, and providing customer service. They have access to only the personal information required to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
