We offer a variety of payment methods for your convenience.  Paying by Credit Card is the preferred method of payment;  it is quick and safe, and our site is secured by an SSL 256 bit GeoTrust encrypted payment gateway.  The name Desktopshopper.com.au will appear on your credit card statement. 


Delivery / Shipping costs are charged on the value of your order for Australia wide delivery regardless of how many items you have in a single order. We do this because it represents a simple and fair method of calcuating the shipping costs.  Regardless of whether you purchase one item or ten items in a single order, your shipping charge will only be one fixed fee based on the order total. smiley

To get your item to you, we use a network of air and road couriers.  GST is included on all prices including delivery charges.  Delivery charges listed below are for Australian delivery only.  We do not ship internationally and any orders placed from outside of Australia will be immediately cancelled.For bulk orders please contact us for a shipping quote. 

We can ship to New Zealand by prior arrangement only.  

Occasionally we will utilise domestic Registered Australia Post or Express Post. 

We use Fastway Couriers, Couriers PleaseAustralian Air Express and StarTrack Express couriers to get your items out to you.

DELIVERY TIMES & TRACKING

We endeavour to dispatch your item as quickly as possible.  This is usaully the following business day depending on your choosen method of payment.  If you item is urgent we recommend paying with Credit Card as it is fast safe and easy and ensures quick dispatch of your item. 

All courier items and registered Australia Post items can be tracked. Please contact us if you require your tracking number.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for delivery.  However, on average items are received within 2-4 business days (when sent by courier). If you are located in Westerna Australia it can take a little longer.

If your order contains more than one item, and one or more of those items is back ordered or delayed, it will be dispatched as soon as it comes into stock; we will still dispatch the other items in your order.   We will only charge you one freight charge per order, even if we have to delivery to you numerous times.  If you would like us to hold your order until all items are in stock please contact our Customer Service Team by email.
 


TRACKING YOUR ITEM: -

  • Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as possible upon your item being dispatched.

  • If your order was sent by Aae please go to the Aae website and enter your tracking number.

  • If your order was sent by Star Track Express please go to the Star Track Express website and enter your tracking number.  

  • If you order was sent by FastWay Couriers please go to the Fastway trace and trace site and enter your tracking number.

  • If your order was sent by Couriers Please please go to the Couriers Please website.

  • If you item was sent by Registered Mail or Express Post you will need to contact Australia Post on 13 13 18 and provide them with your item the tracking number.
